Normal liver values

I consume a fair amount of alcohol, so I began taking ornithine a few years back. After this, my liver values improved, and at my latest health check, they were back to normal. This indicates that the supplement is effective, and as a result, I will continue taking it.

No benefits for me
While I’m sure the quality is good, I found this product unhelpful for my needs. I’ve reverted to obtaining more protein through my diet rather than taking supplements like ornithine.
